Hopefully, this development will bring a broader adoption of the NANO cryptocurrency which it truly deserves as it’s being used in real-world scenarios, creating a high demand for NANO which in turn increases the coin’s value.
Market Reaction
Amid bear domination in the cryptocurrency market, NANO, which is currently rated 24th by CoinMarketCap among world cryptocurrencies has seen considerable gains after the announcement.
Aside from the crypto token seeing a new use case; investors seem to be getting set for wide adoption hitting soon.
At the time of reporting, NANO’s price stands at $2.71 after a whopping 16.45% gain in the past 24hrs. The cryptocurrency has a circulating supply of 133.2 million coins and capped at $361.2 million. However, NANO still shows signs of significant gains ahead.
NANO PoS Application
As described by BrainBlocks, the new PoS system is simple to use. Unlike other PoS systems which require special devices, the BrainBlocks’ NANO PoS System can be accessed via PC monitors or mobile devices.
All that’s required by the merchant is to set up a NANO address, the desired fiat currency, and then tap on the “Create Payment” button to start accepting NANO. The PoS system can be accessed through this link.
The system currently supports over 30 world currencies with the possibility of more countries added soon.
This contribution doesn’t only give credit to NANO, but the cryptocurrency industry at large as the new virtual currencies continue to gain attention for what they were created to be.
