The month of August was exciting for both ANON and ZCL. We applied to every top 10 exchange and many more! We are still awaiting confirmations or denials from every exchange we have not mentioned below.
The ANON team has worked very hard to make sure we met both legal and tech requirements for listing on all exchanges imaginable. The larger the exchange, the longer their tech and legal review usually take.
This is why the public will sometimes get notices “At this time…we are not supporting the fork.” The default for an exchange is not to support any forks or airdrops until both technology and legal review are complete, every top exchange will state “At this time….we are not supporting the fork.”
Both ANON and ZCL have had many successes this month:
- The ANON Testnets went live August 10th.
- The ANON Full Node wallet was released on our GitHub.
- The ANON ratio for ZCL holders was increased to 2:1.
- Masternode requirements were increased from 100 to 500 ANON, decreasing the total MNs by 500%.
- The ANON project was noticed by John McAfee (Organic Marketing).
I’ve studied all security tokens. Few have survived, but far superior technology exists! We will never create ultimate anonymity with overpromised forks or mismanaged teams. I’m seriously excited about the ZCL fork to ANON on Sept 10th.@ANON_WeAreANON the new standard!

- TradeSatoshi announced support and listing of ANON.
- Cryptopia announced support and listing of ANON.
- The team worked endless hours to guarantee ANON was listed on exchanges, in wallets, and most importantly would have long-term utility.
- The Whitepaper was updated to include all our advisors and minor edits.
- ZCL passed their GitHub to Nimbosa of ZCL Classic CE (no longer in BTCP hands).
- Bounty payments have been successfully sent and well received by winners. Congratulations!
ZCL’s Twitter has expressed acknowledgment of the ANON fork and has become active:
ZCL is forking to ANON and is being supported by many wallets and exchanges. @ANON_WeAreANON
ZCL is being taken over by ZCL Classic CE. We look forward to a cooperative future ?✔️

Exchanges:
Currently, ANON will be listed on TradeSatoshis and Cryptopia post fork, and if you are holding your BTC or ZCL there pre-fork, you will automatically be credited with ANON. They are supporting the ZCL and BTC fork while also listing ANON subsequently.
Tradesatoshi will support the ANON fork
Those users holding ZCL will recieve a 2:1 ratio of anon, and BTC will receive a 1:1 ratio of ANON.

We are supporting the upcoming ANON fork. All users holding Zclassic $ZCL or Bitcoin $BTC balances on Cryptopia at the time of the snapshot (1:00 AM UTC on 11 September) will be airdropped $ANON. Find out more about the ANON fork here: https://t.co/Tsa3HgDJ7e pic.twitter.com/Jya8IiS90e

If other exchanges do not announce support of the fork by September 5, the ANON team HIGHLY recommends you move your ZCL off any non-supporting exchange into a wallet you possess the private keys of, an exchange supporting the fork, or a wallet supporting the fork.
Wallets:
Currently, the ANON team has released a Full Node wallet on our GitHub page. If you possess your private keys, you can keep your BTC and ZCL in any wallet of your choosing (for example JAXX).
If you want to use a wallet that will 100% support the fork without having to import private keys we recommend: ZelTrez. They will have a ZCL wallet live by September 5, and immediately following the snapshot and mainnet release will have an ANON wallet that will automatically populate with your ANON!!
We are currently working with Coinomi to have the fork supported as we know many community members love using their platform and wallets as well!

Currently, the fastest way to claim ANON will be by holding it in one of the approved wallets, or a wallet that you hold your private keys to so you can import them to claim your ANON.
The Future of ANON: Utility and Tech
ANON is focused currently on being listed on the largest chain of crypto ATMs worldwide. The dev team is building out a marketplace where ANON can be spent on a multitude of items, a point of sale system (to integrate ANON into other merchant websites).

ANON wants to beat the other privacy coins to necessary scaling technological upgrades such as implementing lightning (within 2018). To compliment ANON’s tech advances the dev team is planning on continuing to build out essential platforms.
Fork Date and Time:

A tutorial on how to set up Masternodes and a compilation video of the project as a whole will be released before September 5!
