- The Hardware Wallet is only compatible with waltonchain (WTC)
- There is a 25% discount for the first 200 orders
Waltochain announced this week on twitter their plans to produce hardware wallet that will be compatible with mainnet WTC. Bamboo Wallet is under mass production with the first shipment expected in March 2019.
This approach is prompted by the rising fraudulent activities debasing the blockchain industry. As reported in a Medium article published on 16th January, this hardware wallet will be an excellent fix of the security issues surrounding the enormous crypto market.
How to buy the Bamboo Hardware Wallet
The official price of the Bamboo Wallet is $ 90. However, as a way of giving back to its global supporters, Waltonchain issues a 25% off for the first 200 pieces. The payment should be done via PayPal (to official PayPal account [email protected]), and the buyer should indicate the name for the intended receiver of the wallet in the remarks section in PayPal.
Shipping fees will be cost-shared between the product department and the buyer. A buyer is required to pay $ 10 which is included in the final price and the product department will cover the remaining fee depending on the destination of the shipment. For safety, SF Express will ship orders to be delivered in China while EMS, DHL, and any other international providers will ship orders across the world.
After paying, you should email details of the payment account name, the number of Hardware Wallets you have purchased, your shipping address, the name of the receiver, and any other relevant contact information to [email protected]
You should note that national custom duty fees are not included in the official price of the hardware Wallet thus it is essential you check your country’s custom duties before making an order.
Waltonchain looks toward a promising future
Apart from blockchain technology, the Waltonchain project also incorporates Radio-frequency Identification (RFID) technology which has been key in improving the management of the supply chain. Integration of the two technologies has aided the crypto-world with blockchain solutions that has also resolved inefficiencies associated with the Internet of Things (IoT).
Although Waltonchain’s crypto-coin, waltoncoin (WTC), ranks at 70 in the CoinMarketCap, the introduction of the Bamboo wallet points to a project that promotes security and knows what it’s doing.
