The feedback tool provides users with a specific area in which they may leave comments and suggestions on a variety of topics, ranging from ideas about new features to recommendations for the enhancement of existing ones.
Binance Head of Product Mayur Kamat said: “We love hearing feedback from the community, whether it’s direct from the customer or from reviewing comments from social channels and messages – Binance has always built feedback into the product development process. On average, we get around 1000 pieces of feedback every month – now we have a dedicated place for the community to make suggestions and leave a lasting impact on future Binance product developments.”
Enabling Users to Participate in Binance’s Product Roadmap
The launch of the feedback tool indicates the start of the first phase of a project that will have multiple phases. Following several months of research and development, the Binance product team has created a new feature that will allow users to have input on the platform’s decisions regarding the direction of future product roadmaps. Users will have an easier time suggesting ideas for product enhancements that they would like to see implemented on Binance thanks to the dedicated place that has been provided for this goal.
The product team has made it clear that the primary motivation behind the development of this new tool is to develop a method that is more straightforward for soliciting feedback from the community regarding the improvements that they would like to see implemented. As a consequence of this, the Binance product team will evaluate all proposals, and after that, in March 2023, the team will develop a roadmap that is accessible to everyone and includes all user-requested additions.
When the public-facing roadmap is finally ready, members of the Binance community will be able to cast their votes on the numerous suggested developments. In light of the findings, the Binance product team will revise its plan to include the most commonly proposed additions. The Binance team is going to keep adding live updates that provide information about the development of the features that users ask for. Later on in this year, the feedback area will be modified to enable users to provide comments on newly introduced features that were made available through the program.
