UK-based esports organisation Guild Esports has partnered with Bitstamp, one of the world’s longest-running crypto exchanges
Partnership
With the signing of a three-year global sponsorship contract worth £4.5 million, Bitstamp has become Guild’s official cryptocurrency exchange partner. It’s Guild Esports‘ biggest sponsorship contract yet, and it’ll bring in £1.5 million a year for the next three years. It will begin on January 29th, 2022.
Starting on January 29th, the cryptocurrency platform will have marketing rights and visibility on Guild’s team shirt, as well as in social and digital content showcasing the company’s pro-players and content producers. Guild’s London offices, which are set to open early this year, will also feature Bitstamp’s logo and identity.
Bitstamp will get $6.1 million in marketing rights and a jersey placement, as well as significant exposure in social and digital content among Guild’s competitors and content providers. Guild and Bitstamp will also work on a number of initiatives and activations targeted at improving Guild’s audience and Bitstamp customers’ experiences, as well as producing the high-quality content that the esports community has grown to expect from Guild.
