VILNIUS, Lithuania — BTCC, the world’s longest-operating cryptocurrency exchange, has reported a strong third quarter in 2025, surpassing 10.16 million registered users and recording $1.15 trillion in trading volume. The figures reflect a notable jump from the previous quarter’s 9.1 million users and $957 billion in total trading, underscoring growing user activity and increased market participation.
Futures contracts remained the dominant trading product on the platform, generating $1.03 trillion in volume, while spot trading accounted for $124 billion. Alongside the trading growth, BTCC added $2.4 million to its Risk Reserve Fund, bringing the total to over $19 million, highlighting the company’s continued focus on security and user protection.
The exchange also expanded its token offerings during the quarter, now supporting more than 400 futures pairs and 460 spot pairs. New listings included ASTER, MYX, FLOCK, LINEA, and WLFI. While Bitcoin and Ethereum continued to lead, several altcoins saw significant activity. XRP recorded $70 billion in volume, with SOL and DOGE reaching $32 billion and $20 billion, respectively.
“This quarter’s growth has been impressive. We’ve crossed 10 million registered users globally, and Bitcoin’s rally certainly helped drive that momentum,” said Alex Hung, Head of Operations at BTCC.
As part of its broader brand strategy, BTCC also entered the sports arena through a partnership with NBA All-Star Jaren Jackson Jr. Known for his defensive dominance on the court, Jackson joins the exchange as a global ambassador in a campaign that links athletic discipline with strategic trading.
“Partnering with Jaren allows us to connect with a broader audience and demonstrate that smart moves apply both on the court and in crypto trading,” said Aaryn Ling, Head of Branding at BTCC.
The exchange’s performance and positioning were further validated by a trio of awards from FXEmpire, which named BTCC the Best Crypto Exchange in the USA, the Lowest Fee Exchange, and the Best Fiat-to-Crypto Platform. During the quarter, the company also engaged actively with the crypto community, hosting and participating in a number of global events. These included the BTCC Summer Festival in Tokyo, MVP Night in Taipei Blockchain Week, and a Poolside Sync Party during TOKEN2049 Singapore. Along with notable sports figures, BTCC also joined the Red Eagle Foundation’s Legend Golf Day in the UK.
To support its growing user base and provide better access to educational resources, BTCC launched a dedicated News Center, featuring real-time updates, analytical insights, and educational content. Since going live, the hub has seen steady engagement and helped improve overall user awareness and activity.
Looking to Q4, the company plans to introduce copy trading features for its Futures Pro product, expand its listings of tradable assets, refresh its user interface, and roll out a redesigned VIP program. The News Center will also be expanded to include coverage of artificial intelligence, macroeconomic developments, and trading trend analysis.
“As announced previously, we’re tripling our workforce to 3,500 employees because we see a bigger opportunity here,” Hung added. “We want to build a platform that allows people to use crypto in their daily lives, not just for trading. That’s how we bring Web3 to the mainstream, without losing focus on what got us here: putting our users first.”
With over 14 years of operational history and growing momentum across key markets, BTCC continues to position itself as a secure, transparent, and user-focused exchange in the evolving digital asset ecosystem.
