Foodchain International (FCG), a blockchain ecosystem, partners with nonprofit FoodForward SA to assist feed South Africa
Foodchain Global & FoodForward SA Partnership
FCG, a blockchain ecosystem dedicated to ending global poverty, has joined with the non-profit FoodForward SA to help feed South Africans. According to a poll conducted by IPSOS in 2021, 40% of South Africans go to bed hungry. Food is considerably more limited than it was prior to the virus. And the high price rate resulting from Ukraine’s protracted conflict. In poor countries, this is especially true. To help with the crisis, FoodChainGlobal and FoodForward SA have linked together.
In addition to this collaboration, FoodChainGlobal has listed its FOOD token on the MEXC trading platform. At the same time, as part of its “Foodies” series, introduces 5,400 NFTs. When FCG sells FOOD tokens on MEXC, 30% of the sale price is converted to USDT. Then they convert the pricing range to US dollars and go grocery shopping. FoodForward SA will then use its resources on the ground in South Africa to purchase critical food items. They will give them to those who are afflicted by a lack of faith in the food supply in all of the country’s provinces.
FoodChain Global continues to push the boundaries of real-world impact through NFTs, tokens, and P2E video games. FCG’s top priority is to address the problem of global hunger. Furthermore, FCG structures take into account transparency when it comes to donations. Everything may be deduced from a public blockchain address and FCG’s proof-of-work web page.
