Sam Bankman-Fried’s FTX and Anthony Scaramucci’s SALT are joining forces in a multi-year deal to launch a crypto conference in the Bahamas
Partnership
FTX, a renowned worldwide cryptocurrency exchange, has agreed to become the global presenting partner of SALT, a top thought leadership event focusing on innovation and investing, for a multi-year period. Annual SALT events throughout North America, Asia, and the Middle East, as well as the SALT Crypto Show, a new digital series coming in early 2022, will be presented by FTX.
FTX and SALT will also collaborate on a new event, Crypto Bahamas, which will take place at the Baha Mar resort in Nassau from April 26 to 29, 2022. FTX, the crypto exchange that propelled Bankman-Fried to the status of billionaire investor and philanthropist, will serve as the worldwide presenting partner for all SALT events, as well as the SALT Crypto Show, a new digital series set to debut in early 2022.
The invitation-only event will offer cooperation and networking among the industry’s top investors and builders. Former US presidents Bill Clinton and George W Bush, former UK prime leaders David Cameron and Tony Blair, and Hollywood celebrities Will Smith and Al Pacino have all spoken at prior SALT events.
