The partnership will combine the compute power from io.net’s decentralized GPU network and world-class infrastructure from Dell Technologies to power the next generation of AI development.
io.net and Dell Technologies have announced that they will enter into a partnership with io.net joining Dell Technologies Partner Program as a Dell Technologies Authorized Partner and Cloud Service Provider.
Through this partnership, the two institutions will be looking at the possibility of merging io.net’s decentralized GPU network with Dell’s hardware and infrastructure in a bid to offer scalable and affordable solutions for artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and high-performance computing (HPC) computing.
This partnership looks forward to granting io.net access to Dell Technologies’ resources, industrial expertise and market support to enable it to enhance its service offerings as it delivers powerful and efficient solutions to complex computational challenges. Doing so will be a direct implication of redefined standards in the compute space as the accessibility and affordability will all be suitable as the gap between decentralized GPU power and robust hardware infrastructure will be bridged.
On this collaboration, Tausif Ahmed, Vice President of Business Development at io.net excitedly remarked:
“Joining the Dell Technologies Partner Program is an important step for io.net. It supports our goal of delivering solutions that integrate our decentralized GPU platform with Dell’s reliable infrastructure, helping businesses address their computing challenges more efficiently and cost-effectively Together, we look forward to delivering practical, enterprise-grade solutions tailored for the next generation of AI innovation.”
Being a part of the Dell Technologies Partner Program, io.net will form collaborations with Dell in a variety of go-to-market efforts, which will include demand generation and co-marketing. By doing this, enterprises will have an easy time implementing solutions that blend the power of decentralized GPUs with Dell’s hardware which has gained a lot of trust. This puts io.net in a strategic position that allows it to make high-performance decentralized computing more accessible across industries as it will be tapping into Dell’s global ecosystem.
Also, with the ever-rising demand for AI and ML applications, there has been a pressing need for scalable and affordable compute resources as traditional centralized cloud providers often struggle to meet these needs. With struggles such as high costs, limited scalability and resource bottlenecks, io.net’s decentralized GPU will come in to provide a solution. It will do this by aggregating computational power from a worldwide network of GPUs which will in turn enable businesses to create high-performance infrastructure without being limited by the centralized providers.
This partnership between io.net and Dell technologies will greatly benefit io.net customers as they will enjoy on-demand GPU clusters that can easily scale to meet the specific needs of enterprise workloads. Also, through this integration of io.net into Dell’s infrastructure, businesses will have access to reliable and high-performance resources that are essential for AI model training, inference, and HPC workloads. While still on it, the clients will also get to enjoy the significant reductions in costs that will be noticed when compared to the ones from traditional cloud providers.
