The “Trust, Built-in.” initiative expands on KuCoin’s existing brand strategy, highlighting platform improvements across security, compliance, AI and user experience.
Crypto exchange KuCoin has introduced a new global brand campaign featuring professional golfer and major champion Adam Scott, alongside a comprehensive platform upgrade aimed at integrating trust and security measures more deeply into its services.
Announced on October 8, the initiative, titled “Trust, Built-in.”, builds on the exchange’s existing “Trust First. Trade Next.” brand proposition. The campaign is supported by a new brand film featuring Scott, who continues his role as KuCoin’s global brand ambassador.
The announcement also introduces KuCoin 5.0 as the technological foundation of the campaign, bringing together improvements across six areas: compliance, technology, asset security, user experience, artificial intelligence and wealth management.
Rather than focusing on an individual feature, KuCoin 5.0 represents a broader effort to improve how users access, trade and manage digital assets within the platform.
KuCoin 5.0 Focuses on Security, Accessibility and Financial Tools
The platform upgrade is structured around three priorities: strengthening its underlying infrastructure, improving the user experience and expanding financial capabilities.
On the infrastructure side, KuCoin is focusing on technology, asset protection, regulatory compliance and operational resilience. These developments are intended to establish a more reliable foundation for users as the platform continues to evolve.
The second area addresses usability, with improvements designed to provide a more consistent experience across devices. The updated platform aims to simplify everyday interactions while allowing users to access more advanced controls when needed.
KuCoin is also expanding its capabilities through AI-powered tools, wealth management services and opportunities spanning decentralized and traditional finance.
As part of these changes, users will be able to manage a broader range of assets through a more integrated interface, bringing trading, portfolio management and earning activities into a connected environment.
“‘Trust First. Trade Next.’ remains the long-term brand proposition that defines KuCoin. ‘Trust, Built-in.’ focuses that commitment on what users should be able to see and experience across the platform,” said BC Wong, CEO of KuCoin. “KuCoin 5.0 is how we put that idea into practice. It is not a single product release, but a comprehensive upgrade across the systems, safeguards, tools and experiences that support our users. By building trust into every layer of the platform, we are creating a stronger foundation for how people engage with digital finance today and in the future.”
Adam Scott Returns for New Global Brand Film
The campaign also marks another collaboration between KuCoin and Adam Scott, who previously appeared in the exchange’s “Trust First. Trade Next.” initiative.
The new film draws parallels between Scott’s professional golf career and KuCoin’s approach to platform development, emphasizing preparation, consistency and long-term improvement.
While the earlier campaign established trust as a central part of KuCoin’s brand identity, the latest initiative shifts attention toward how that principle is reflected in the exchange’s technology, security measures and user-facing services.
“Over the course of a long career, you learn that real confidence comes from strong foundations and a commitment to keep improving, even under pressure,” said Adam Scott. “What I respect about KuCoin is how it brings that same mindset to the foundation of its platform, building with care, maintaining high standards and creating an experience users can rely on over time. I’m proud to continue this journey with KuCoin.”
