QuarkChain has announced a significant achievement. Their joint proposal with EthStorage, titled “Research and Development on Multi-Section Fault Dispute Game”, has been awarded a 77K OP grant from Optimism Retro Funding 5. The news was shared on QuarkChain’s X account.
Research Project Enhances OP Stack Fault-Proof Systems
The goal of this research project is to enhance the fault-proof systems. It aims at proving that bisect-search fraud proofs can be extended to K-section-search fraud proofs. The project is based on highly efficient EIP-4844 DA technologies. This innovation brings down interaction rounds from 73 all the way to just 7. The end product is the quicker settlement of fault-free transactions. It also reduces cost, thus a plus for all users in the OP Stack superchain environment.
EthStorage is a Layer 2 architecture for a decentralized storage solution. It provides customizable key-value storage and a permanent DA solution for Rollups. EthStorage has secured two grants from ESPA in the past to establish its reliability and uniqueness in blockchain.
