The company took to social media to disclose this development.

Ripple mentioned that its initiative to buy the above-mentioned aviation fuel certifications focuses on eliminating carbon emissions. The platform revealed that the initiative takes into account entities including Block, Inc., Samsara Inc., Ripple, and BlackRock. The main purpose is to leverage Watershed to tackle the corporate emissions of these entities.
The respective platforms are attempting to add sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) certifications straight to the passenger flights of Alaska Airlines. This will lead to an expected seventy-five percent plunge in the overall carbon intensity in comparison with traditional jet fuel. This investment backs the development and utilization of SAF as an exclusive climate technology in the case of air travel.
