News of this development has proven especially bullish for SHIBA INU as the memecoin gained 60% in a seven-day timeframe
The crew behind Shiba Inu (SHIB) has seen the space expand and does not seem to want to be restrained. The Shiba Inu team announced in a blog post that they would launch their own doggie version of the Metaverse, nicknamed Shibverse (the official name will be disclosed “soon”).
“We have seen the Metaverse space grow at a rapid rate with enormous interest from small and large companies alike. The Metaverse is set to be one of the biggest areas within crypto for many to enjoy, while others will produce content and developers will set up shops within using it as another great resource to offer crypto communities incentivization, content, and regular royalties,” the announcement reads.
“Some of the biggest Metaverse platforms that opt for introducing virtual real estate are Sandbox and Decentraland. We understand the potential, expandability, and performing evolution that this type of Metaverse option brings to the community,” the announcement added.
Sandbox and Decentraland are two of the largest Metaverse systems that have chosen to include virtual real estate. The SHIBA INU team is well aware of the potential, expandability, and ability to execute evolution that this sort of Metaverse option offers the community.
This follows Shiba’s revelation of the ‘Shibverse’ in the Metaverse in January. Shiba Inu chose to establish its own ‘Shibverse’ on 24 January 2022, which is intended to be an immersive experience for its ecosystem and the Metaverse area.
