001k.exchange is set to change ownership. Serhii Hutsu, who has overseen the development of the exchange business in recent years, has decided to transfer the business to new owners.
The decision to sell reflects a change in business priorities. Serhii has decided to focus his experience and resources on another fintech initiative, making it a priority in his future professional activities. Over the past few years, 001k.exchange has significantly increased its transaction volumes, expanded its geographic reach, and built a dedicated team with expertise in digital asset exchange.
The established team, dedicated infrastructure, and well-developed internal processes provide 001k.exchange with an independent operational foundation, supporting its activities following the ownership transition.
Following the transfer of the exchange business to its new owners, Serhii Hutsu will focus on his continued work in the fintech sector. He will remain involved with 001k.bot as Brand Ambassador, supporting the product’s public presence, external communications, and brand positioning.
No fundamental changes to how the service works are expected for 001k.exchange clients after the deal. The existing team remains in place, along with its established expertise, operational processes, client service areas, and international presence.
