Band Protocol, the data oracle protocol that operates across the chains, has recently integrated Bigert on its mainnet. Bitgert is known as a crypto-engineering platform and it has effectively developed many blockchain-related products to evolve decentralized finance (DeFi). On its official Twitter account, Bitgert has shared that its chain is currently live on the mainnet of Band Protocol.
Bigert Chain Goes Live on Band Protocol
In addition to this, the platform also provided some details about the respective move on the official web portal thereof. While discussing its chain integration on the new collaborator’s mainnet, it pointed toward the significance of this development. Moreover, it also pointed out that everything – including IOT, AI, and AI-enabled trading and chatbots – is developed on data. As per it, the respective data is gathered via real-life incidents and experiences.
In the same vein, the entities can utilize real-world data in blockchain technology. It added that this is exactly the thing that its latest partner Band Protocol does. It moved on to say that its new partner permits the developers to utilize any data taking into account real-world events, random numbers, weather, sports, and so on. In line with this data, the developers are enabled to develop custom-made oracles in no time. To do this, they can use Web Assembly for connecting smart contracts with conventional web APIs.
New Integration of Bigert Lets Developers Utilize Real-World Data to Begin Smart Contracts
Moreover, Bitgert also mentioned that the Band protocol aggregates real-world data. Additionally, it creates a linkage between smart contracts and real-world data as well as APIs. Apart from that, the company disclosed, Bitgert Chain is compatible with EVM-compatible smart contracts. With the latest integration, developers will be allowed to use real-world information and data for initiating smart contracts.
