Binance is expanding its stock recurring buy feature with new tokenized equities, letting users schedule automatic purchases of additional stocks through the platform’s bStocks program. The update was announced in a notice posted September 17, 2026, adding to the growing list of U.S. securities available for dollar-cost-averaging on the exchange.
How Recurring Buy Works
The recurring buy tool lets traders set a fixed amount to invest in selected stocks at regular intervals, automating the accumulation of tokenized equities without manual orders each period. Binance positions the feature as an entry point for users who want exposure to traditional markets alongside crypto, all within a single account. The new additions broaden the universe of assets eligible for the schedule, though the exchange did not specify individual names in the initial notice.
Tokenized Equities Gain Momentum
The expansion is part of Binance’s broader push into real-world assets, which has included a steady stream of bStocks listings and dividend support for blue-chip names. Earlier this month the exchange added Salesforce and Hims & Hers bStocks, and it has continued to layer on features around its ETF wealth management offering, blurring the line between crypto exchanges and online brokerages.
Competition in Crypto Equities
Binance’s recurring buy addition arrives as several exchanges race to bridge crypto and equities, with tokenized stocks, options and ETFs becoming a key battleground. For the exchange, the feature converts one-time traders into repeat buyers, deepening engagement while it pursues a broader TradFi footprint in an increasingly crowded market.
The Bottom Line
The recurring buy expansion is a small but telling signal of Binance’s direction: it is no longer just a crypto exchange, but a multi-asset platform competing for traditional brokerage flows. For users, the feature offers a simple way to build positions in tokenized stocks over time. For the exchange, it deepens the bStocks ecosystem and turns occasional stock traders into long-term customers. The feature is part of a suite of TradFi-oriented tools the exchange has shipped this year as it courts a broader retail audience. The addition underscores how quickly tokenized equities are becoming a standard part of crypto exchange product suites. The move also signals Binance’s intent to compete more directly with retail brokerages.
