“Peak range (depending on the nature of aggression of potential Rate Cuts in September) could be anywhere within $140K – $200K,” wrote the analyst.
It’s also worth noting that 33% of Polymarket bettors are in favor of Bitcoin reaching $125,000 by July, followed by 10% who are in favor of $130,000. Only 2% of bettors anticipate it retracting to $100,000. This underlines the market’s bullish outlook, thereby strengthening the likelihood of price gains.
ETF Flows, Loosening Fiscal Policy to Send Bitcoin Higher
This market cycle has differed from others. Rather than “HODL” and “decentralization” being the main buzzwords, “ETF flows,” “rate cuts,” and “strategic reserves” are now the dominant themes. Bitcoin has transformed from a fringe asset to an integral part of traditional finance in one cycle.
So looking ahead to August, investors are closely monitoring ETF flows and fiscal policy.
As ETF expert Eric Balchunas highlighted last week, BlackRock’s $IBIT spot Bitcoin ETF is now rubbing shoulders with the world’s largest ETFs, $SPY and $QQQ, in terms of volume. Should we see favorable fiscal policy implementation in the weeks ahead, this institutional demand could intensify further, potentially causing Bitcoin to surge.
