Luno, a crypto platform, collaborated with the London venue Koko to organize DJ concerts, interactive experiences, and a new event space
Luno & Koko Crypto Partnership
The Luno is a multi-format room located at the facility’s apex, which is a 19th century theatre turned music venue. Koko is due to reopen on April 29 following a three-year repair and reconstruction effort, and the Luno will feature late-night DJ performances, digital art installations, and immersive events. The talks and workshops will focus on how decentralised technology, cryptocurrencies, and the evolving interaction between music, artists, and fans are redefining the relationship between them.
The collaboration intends to empower the next generation of artists and musicians by generating possibilities for them using blockchain and Web3 technologies. In addition, The Luno, a new area within KOKO’s theater, will open with a digital art exhibition.
Koko is rebranding as a new global music venue after an investment of more than 70 million pounds, with a new inauguration date set for April 30th. The venue’s administrators believe cryptocurrency will play a significant part in the future of music and are proactive enough to provide assistance for their linked artists’ demands.
