Search for “Jackbit” this year and the trail runs cold at a different name: Jack.com. The site looks similar, the games are the same, and longtime players’ balances are untouched. Jack.com isn’t a new platform. It’s Jackbit under a new name.
Is Jackbit Now jack.com?
Yes. On May 29, 2026, the Curaçao-licensed operator that launched as Jackbit in 2022 completed its rebrand to Jack.com. Existing accounts, balances, VIP rakeback tiers, and the game library carried over without interruption. Players who had a Jackbit account didn’t need to sign up again or move funds. The license, the backend, and the operator behind it stayed the same; only the name and the interface changed.
That distinction matters for a search term that’s been circulating with real confusion behind it: “jackbit vs jack.com” isn’t a comparison between two competitors. It’s one company that renamed itself, the way any consumer brand occasionally does: new visual identity, same legal entity, same obligations to existing customers.
What Changed With the Rebrand
The name change came together with a platform update the company calls Volume 2.0, announced the same day. The centerpiece is Wallet 2.0, a rebuilt payment engine meant to give users a clearer view of their funds. Transaction histories are easier to follow, address management is more explicit, and deposit and withdrawal flows were reworked. The update also touched site navigation and account security.
Volume 2.0 also added features that didn’t exist under the Jackbit name: a live bets feed, a running list of recent big wins, and a high rollers leaderboard, so users can see platform activity in real time instead of just their own account history. A tipping function lets players send funds to each other directly. The VIP program was redesigned too, adding instant rakeback plus weekly and monthly bonuses on top of the tiers that already existed under Jackbit.
None of this required players to do anything. The update rolled out to existing accounts automatically, which is part of why the rebrand reads more like a corporate name change than a relaunch.
Jack.com kept publishing updates after the initial announcement rather than going quiet once the new name was in place. GlobeNewswire releases through late May and June 2026 detailed further additions, including faster cashout processing and no-wagering free spin offers for new sign-ups, both issued under the Jack.com name.
What Is jack.com Casino?
Jack.com is a Curaçao-licensed online crypto casino and sportsbook, formerly branded as Jackbit and live since 2022, offering casino games, live dealer tables, esports betting, and sports wagering through a crypto-native wallet system. It has a multi-year operating history, a current license, and a platform overhaul it just finished shipping, which is more than most sites using a fresh-sounding domain name can claim.
The game library carried over along with the name: thousands of casino titles, a live dealer section, esports markets, and a full sportsbook, all running through the same Wallet 2.0 payment system described above. The rebrand touched the wallet, the account layer, and the features around the games. It left the catalogue itself alone.
In May 2026, Jack was named Crypto Casino of the Year at the AffPapa iGaming Awards, held during an industry conference in Madrid.
How the Switch Was Announced
The rebrand wasn’t a quiet redirect. The Volume 2.0 update and the Jack.com name were announced together in a press release distributed via GlobeNewswire on May 29, 2026, stating that existing Jackbit users would see no disruption to their accounts during the transition. Coverage of the announcement, including in this outlet, described the update as an evolution of the existing Jackbit product rather than the launch of something new.
Why the Confusion Persists
Brand transitions in online gambling rarely happen cleanly. Old bookmarks, cached reviews, and affiliate links referencing “Jackbit” are still circulating months after the switch, and search engines take time to fully reindex a renamed domain. The operator changed its name faster than the internet’s references to it did, which is largely why “is Jackbit now Jack.com” remains a live search query rather than a settled fact.
Crypto casino users hand over funds to a platform they may only ever interact with through a browser, so naming clarity carries more weight here than it would for an ordinary retail brand. A rebrand that isn’t clearly communicated can look, to a skeptical user, indistinguishable from a shutdown followed by a similar-looking replacement.
Going Forward
Jack.com is now the operating name for what was Jackbit, and the company has given no indication that another change is coming. It has a multi-year track record, a current license, and a platform update already shipped under the new name. Jackbit is still around. It’s just called Jack.com now.
