Quick Answer: Render (RENDER) trades near $1.69 as of October 28, 2026, with a market cap of about $878 million (#66 on CoinMarketCap). It is up about 32% since the end of 2025 but about 88% below its all-time high of $13.60 from March 2024. Central estimates from the two models we track are far apart: about $0.91 (CoinLore) and $4.77 (CoinCodex) at the end of 2026, and about $2.71 (CoinLore) and $5.36 (CoinCodex) in 2030. In April, Render’s community approved Salad, a distributed GPU network, as a new subnet that uses RENDER for payments and rewards.
Render is the token of the Render Network, a decentralized marketplace where artists and AI developers rent GPU power from independent node operators. The token moved from Ethereum, where it traded as RNDR, to Solana as RENDER under governance proposals from 2023. In 2026, RENDER more than doubled from its 2025 close to an intraday high of $2.70 on January 11, then fell about 58% to its 2026 low of $1.15 on February 6. It rallied again in May and September, reached $2.22 on October 13 and has since fallen about 24%.
This update covers the current RENDER price, the main 2026 developments, the latest forecasts for 2026 to 2030 and 2040, and what it would take for RENDER to reach $10 or its record high.
Key Takeaways
- RENDER trades about 88% below its all-time high of $13.60, set on March 17, 2024, and about 37% below its January 2026 peak
- The token is up about 32% since the end of 2025: it peaked at $2.70 on January 11, hit its 2026 low of $1.15 on February 6, gained 34% in September and lost about 10% in October through October 26
- Render’s community approved RNP-023 in April, making Salad, a distributed GPU network, a Render subnet; RENDER payments and rewards went live there in May and July, but the full burn-and-mint integration is unfinished
- Under Render’s burn-and-mint model, RENDER paid for jobs is burned, while new tokens are minted on a set schedule: RNP-022 plans 5.9 million RENDER for December 2025 to December 2026, about 1.1% of the circulating supply, and RNP-023 adds Salad’s user rewards by bringing later emissions forward
- About 80.5% of the 644.2 million maximum supply counted by CoinMarketCap is in circulation, so the fully diluted value of about $1.09 billion is about 24% above the market cap
- Central estimates from the two models we track put RENDER between about $0.91 and $4.77 at the end of 2026, and between about $2.71 and $5.36 in 2030

What Is Render (RENDER)?
Render (RENDER) is the token of the Render Network, which describes itself as “the world’s first decentralized GPU rendering platform.” Artists and studios submit 3D rendering jobs for engines such as OctaneRender, Redshift and Blender Cycles, and independent node operators process them on idle GPUs. Since 2025, the network has added subnets for AI and general computing, Dispersed and Salad. The Render Network Foundation, a not-for-profit, facilitates governance through Render Network Proposals (RNPs). Under RNP-019, a 5% share of compute job credits “compensates OTOY for network operations”; OTOY Inc. is named in the copyright notice on the Render Network website.
RENDER follows a Burn-and-Mint Equilibrium, first proposed in RNP-001 in 2022. Jobs are priced in fiat currency, and the RENDER that creators use to pay “is subsequently burned in exchange for completion of the work,” according to Render’s knowledge base. Separately, new RENDER is minted each epoch, usually about a week, on a declining schedule: about 9.1 million in the first year, then 5.9 million in each of the second and third years. When burns exceed new emissions, the supply shrinks.
Render launched on Ethereum as RNDR, an ERC-20 token. Under RNP-002 in 2023, the network chose Solana, and RNP-006 introduced RENDER, “a Solana-based SPL token implementing the Burn Mint Equilibrium.” The proposal says holders can upgrade RNDR to RENDER through an official portal “whenever they would like,” and many large exchanges, including Binance, OKX and Kraken, converted user balances automatically. CoinMarketCap still calculates RENDER’s supply from the original Ethereum contract. More background is available on the official Render Network website.
Render News: What Has Happened in 2026
Salad joins as a subnet. RNP-023, filed on March 26 by Salad Technologies and the Render Foundation, proposed that Salad, a distributed cloud network that says about 60,000 GPUs connect to it each day, “fully integrate with the Render Network as an exclusive subnet.” On April 7, Salad’s chief executive wrote that “RNP-023 has passed the community vote,” and the Foundation later said it was “approved by the community in April 2026.” Under the proposal, 60% of revenue from Salad’s container service and 35% from its gateway service would be burned, with burns designed to exceed the rewards for users who share their hardware, which the proposal estimated at about 88,000 RENDER a month using an illustrative RENDER price of $2. Those rewards would come from bringing future emissions forward; in the proposal’s example, monthly emissions rise from about 492,000 to about 580,000 RENDER without changing the overall cap. The proposal also offers Salad a warrant to buy 1 million RENDER, vesting with milestones, and a $1 million SAFE investment, both funded from the network’s operations reserves.
Salad’s first milestones. Salad said its first customer payment in RENDER arrived on May 28 and that users could redeem rewards for RENDER from early July. The third milestone, moving all of Salad’s payments onto RENDER and the burn-and-mint model, is still in progress.
Year 3 emissions. RNP-022, which the proposal list on GitHub marks as implemented, sets emissions at 5.9 million RENDER for December 20, 2025 to December 19, 2026, the same amount as in 2025: 1.5 million for artist and AI grants, 1.5 million for node rewards across the rendering and compute subnets and 2.9 million for operations, research and growth.
AI compute. RNP-019 (March 2025) and RNP-021 (November 2025) set up a separate compute network that admits enterprise GPUs such as NVIDIA’s H100 and H200. Customers pay in dollars or RENDER, and 95% of their credits are used to buy and burn RENDER. Dispersed, the network’s AI subnet, launched in the fourth quarter of 2025 and added new ready-made workload “recipes” in 2026.
Rendering milestone. In September, the Foundation said the network had “reached 80 million frames rendered since we started counting”; in late October, its dashboard showed about 82.6 million frames and 5,600 nodes since inception.
Exchanges and ETPs. RENDER has live markets on Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, OKX and South Korea’s Upbit and Bithumb, according to their public market data. In Europe, 21Shares has offered a physically backed Render ETP since November 2024, and Valour’s Render ETP has been listed in Frankfurt since February 2025. We found no SEC filing for a US exchange-traded fund that holds only RENDER.

CoinMarketCap began tracking Render on June 11, 2020, when trading was thin (about $24,000 on the first day) and it showed no market cap; KuCoin listed RNDR on March 17, 2021, in what it called a “World Premiere.” RENDER closed as high as $7.78 on November 20, 2021, and hit its all-time high of $13.60 on March 17, 2024. Its highest daily market cap, about $5.4 billion, came on December 6, 2024, after CoinMarketCap raised its circulating-supply count by 125 million tokens in September 2024. RENDER last closed above $10 on December 8, 2024, and lost 81% in 2025, including a 30% drop on October 10, 2025, when it briefly traded at $0.72.
In 2026, RENDER rose 22% on January 3 and reached $2.70 intraday on January 11, about 110% above its 2025 close, in a rally that coincided with a broader rise in AI-focused tokens, according to The Defiant; Bitcoin’s close rose only about 2% between January 1 and 11. RENDER fell 17% on February 5, when a market-wide sell-off cut Bitcoin by about 14%, and hit its 2026 low of $1.15 the next day. After reaching $2.43 on May 26, it lost 28% in June, its worst month, including a 22% drop over June 4 and 5 while Bitcoin fell about 5%. RENDER then gained 34% in September, its best month, reached $2.22 on October 13 and is down about 10% for October through October 26.
RENDER Price Prediction 2026
With about two months left in the year, the central estimates of the two models we track disagree sharply: one sees RENDER falling by almost half by the end of 2026, while the other sees it nearly tripling.
| Source | Low | Average | High |
|---|---|---|---|
| CoinCodex (December 2026; headline target $4.50) | $4.50 | $4.77 | $5.22 |
| CoinLore (bear / base / bull) | $0.5437 | $0.9062 | $4.31 |
CoinCodex expects a December average of about $4.77, roughly 2.8 times today’s price; its headline target of $4.50 is the bottom of its December range, and its November range alone spans $2.19 to $6.14. CoinLore’s base case of $0.906, given only in its text, would be a fall of about 46%, even though its base case for 2027 is higher, at $1.32. Its bull case of $4.31 would be about 2.5 times today’s price. Both pages are dated October 27 and show a price of about $1.70.
We do not use the figures from CoinDataFlow, whose RENDER forecasts were almost the same multiples of the current price as its forecasts for other coins, from BeInCrypto, whose RENDER page shows placeholder values such as a $0.00 price, or from Changelly, because we could not open a current Changelly forecast for RENDER.
RENDER trades about 5% below its 50-day moving average of $1.78 and roughly in line with its 200-day average of $1.68, with a 14-day RSI of about 41, according to CoinCodex.
Range of central 2026 estimates: about $0.91 to $4.77.

RENDER Price Prediction 2040
Long-range forecasts are highly speculative. CoinCodex projects about $11.98 by 2040, within its December 2040 range and still below the 2024 record. CoinLore is more optimistic, with a base case of $16.52, above the record, and a bull case of $46.44, the source of the $46 figure its page quotes for 2040.
What Drives the RENDER Price?
- Burns versus emissions: RENDER is burned when paid jobs are completed and minted on a set schedule. RNP-022’s 5.9 million RENDER for the year to December 2026 equals about 1.1% of the circulating supply, before the Salad rewards that RNP-023 brings forward from later years, so the balance depends on how much paid work the network attracts.
- AI and GPU demand: the Dispersed and Salad subnets sell GPU time for AI work and are designed to burn RENDER from those payments; RENDER’s January rally coincided with a broader rise in AI-focused tokens, according to The Defiant.
- Liquidity: RENDER’s 24-hour volume of about $17.8 million is about a third of its 2026 daily average of $53.4 million.
- The wider market: like most altcoins, RENDER tends to move with Bitcoin and overall risk appetite, as on February 5, when RENDER fell 17% and Bitcoin about 14%. Our Bitcoin price prediction covers the market leader.
Can RENDER Reach $10 or Its Record?
Within the next few years, only CoinCodex’s central path gets there: its monthly averages stay above $10 for most of March 2028 to March 2029, but its highest monthly maximum, $13.00, stays below the $13.60 record. CoinLore’s base case reaches $10 only in 2038 ($11.14) and passes the record in 2039 ($13.62), although its bull case is above $10 in 2027 and in every year from 2029. RENDER last closed above $10 on December 8, 2024. With about 518.8 million RENDER in circulation, each price level implies a market cap that can be compared with other coins.
| RENDER Price | Market Cap Needed | Multiple of Today’s Price | For Comparison |
|---|---|---|---|
| $2.50 | About $1.3B | About 1.5x | Below Internet Computer ($1.4B) today |
| $5 | About $2.6B | About 3x | Below Bittensor ($3.0B) today |
| $10 | About $5.2B | About 5.9x | Between Avalanche ($4.0B) and Stellar ($6.0B) today |
| $10.46 | About $5.4B | About 6.2x | RENDER’s record market cap (December 2024); below Stellar today |
| $13.60 (ATH) | About $7.1B | About 8x | Between NEAR ($6.2B) and Cardano ($7.6B) today |
At $10, RENDER’s circulating market cap would be just below its December 2024 record of about $5.4 billion, with a fully diluted value of about $6.4 billion on CoinMarketCap’s maximum supply. The $13.60 high would need about 1.3 times that record, because it was set in March 2024, when CoinMarketCap counted only about 381 million RENDER in circulation. With new emissions every epoch, a higher price would have to come from demand: more paid rendering and AI jobs, progress on the Salad integration and a strong altcoin market. Our Fetch.ai price prediction covers another AI-related token.
Key Risks of RENDER
- Deep drawdown: RENDER trades about 88% below its 2024 high, lost 81% in 2025 and is about 32% lower than a year ago
- Supply growth: about 125 million tokens separate the circulating supply from CoinMarketCap’s 644.2 million maximum, and new tokens are minted each year whether or not demand grows
- Execution: Salad’s full move to the burn-and-mint model is still in progress, and the RNP-023 proposal itself lists “Perceived competition with Dispersed” as a drawback
- Allocation: about half of the current year’s emissions, 2.9 million RENDER, go to operations, research and growth, and RNP-019 assigns 5% of compute credits to OTOY
- Data gaps: CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko disagree on the rank (#66 vs #79), the all-time high ($13.60 vs $13.53) and the fully diluted value, and CoinMarketCap’s supply count jumped by 125 million in September 2024
- Model limits: the two models we track disagree widely, and their central 2026 estimates range from a fall of about 46% to a gain of about 180%
Where to Buy RENDER

Before acting on market-moving claims about RENDER, such as listings, partnerships or new subnets, check them against primary sources; our guide on how to verify crypto news and rumors explains how.
Is Render (RENDER) a Good Investment?
That depends on your view of demand for decentralized GPU computing and your tolerance for risk. The bull case rests on a working rendering network, new AI compute subnets, a design that ties burns to paid work, and listings on major exchanges. The bear case is that RENDER trades about 88% below its 2024 high, new tokens are minted whether or not demand grows, the Salad integration is unfinished, and one of the two central estimates we track sees RENDER ending 2026 well below today’s price.
Further losses are possible. Progress on the Salad and Dispersed subnets, the level of RENDER burns, demand for AI computing and the wider altcoin market are the main known factors that could affect RENDER over the next year. For more forecasts across the market, see our crypto price predictions.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Render price prediction for 2026?
Central estimates from the two models we track are far apart for the end of 2026. CoinLore’s base case is about $0.91, roughly 46% below the late October 2026 price of about $1.69, while CoinCodex expects a December average of about $4.77, nearly three times that price. CoinLore’s bull case is $4.31. Both models rely mainly on past price data and can change quickly.
What is the RENDER price prediction for 2030 and beyond?
For 2030, central estimates range from about $2.71 at CoinLore to $5.36 at CoinCodex, both above the late October 2026 price of about $1.69. CoinCodex’s headline 2030 target is $6.27, and CoinLore’s bull case is $10.75. For 2040, CoinCodex projects about $11.98, while CoinLore’s base case is $16.52 and its bull case $46.44. Long-range forecasts are highly speculative.
Can RENDER reach $10 or its all-time high?
With about 518.8 million RENDER in circulation, $10 would mean a market cap of about $5.2 billion, close to RENDER’s December 2024 record of $5.4 billion and about six times its late October 2026 level. The $13.60 record would need about $7.1 billion. CoinCodex’s path passes $10 in 2028 but stays below $13.60, while CoinLore’s base case reaches $10 only in 2038.
What is Render Network and how does it work?
Render Network is a decentralized marketplace where artists and AI developers pay to use idle GPUs run by independent node operators. Jobs are priced in fiat currency, and the RENDER used to pay for them is burned, while new RENDER is minted on a set schedule for node operators, grants and network operations. The original RNDR token ran on Ethereum; RENDER is its upgraded version on Solana.
What drives the RENDER price?
Three things matter most: how much paid rendering and AI work the network attracts, since those payments are burned; the pace of new emissions, set at 5.9 million RENDER for the year to December 2026, plus Salad rewards brought forward; and the wider crypto market. Progress on the Salad and Dispersed compute subnets, exchange liquidity and swings in Bitcoin and other AI-related tokens also affect the price.
Is Render a good investment?
That depends on your risk tolerance and your view of demand for decentralized GPU computing. Supporters point to a working rendering network, new AI compute subnets and listings on major exchanges. Critics point to an 88% fall from the 2024 high by late October, continuing emissions and an unfinished Salad integration. The central estimates of the two models we track disagree on whether RENDER ends 2026 higher or lower.
Where can I buy RENDER?
RENDER trades on major exchanges including Binance, Coinbase, Kraken and OKX, and on Upbit and Bithumb in South Korea. CoinGecko also lists markets on Gate and Bitvavo, among others. Availability depends on your country, so check each platform’s supported assets before buying. RENDER is a Solana token, so use a wallet that supports Solana tokens if you plan to withdraw it.
