Telebiz has launched a platform that brings customer relationship management, business development, and AI-powered workflows directly into Telegram, aiming to help crypto-native teams manage deals and partnerships without leaving the messaging app they already use every day.
The platform replaces the standard Telegram Web experience while allowing users to keep the same account, conversations, and interface. Instead of relying on separate CRM software, spreadsheets, and task management tools, teams can organize business activity directly within Telegram.
As Telegram has become the primary communication platform for many crypto startups, venture funds, and remote-first organizations, much of their sales, partnership, and investor activity now happens inside chat conversations. Telebiz is designed to capture those workflows by allowing users to connect chats with contacts and opportunities, schedule follow-ups, and synchronize activity with CRM platforms including HubSpot and Pipedrive.
The platform also includes an AI assistant that can draft replies in a user’s preferred writing style, summarize group chats, identify potential business opportunities across conversations, and remind teams to follow up on stalled discussions. According to the company, these capabilities are intended to reduce manual work while helping organizations respond more efficiently to prospects and partners.
Telebiz says privacy was a core consideration during development. The company states that it does not store or access Telegram messages. Instead, devices connect directly to Telegram’s servers, while AI requests are sent from the user’s browser to the selected model provider using the user’s own API credentials. Stored metadata is encrypted, authentication is handled through Telegram, and the client is open source for public auditing.
According to Telebiz, more than ten organizations are already using the platform, including crypto startups, venture capital firms, and distributed teams.
Among its early users is ether.fi. Tyson, who leads partnerships at the protocol, said the platform has helped the company organize partnership discussions and keep follow-ups and CRM records synchronized. GenLayer Founder Albert said Telebiz has streamlined the company’s business development workflow by combining CRM automation with AI-powered assistance inside Telegram, while Collider Ventures Partner Eylon said integrating deal management directly into the messaging platform has made the firm’s investment process more efficient.
As more crypto companies continue to build with globally distributed teams, Telebiz is betting that organizations would rather enhance the communication tools they already use than adopt another standalone business platform.
