SubQuery, a blockchain developer toolkit that promotes the building of future Web3 applications, has unveiled its new Cosmos data indexing with Juno integration.
SubQuery Announces Its latest Cosmos Data Indexing
Just from its recent announcement of its beta implementation for Avalanche. SubQuery has now launched its latest second version of multi-chain connectivity with additional support for the Cosmos ecosystem.
This means starting today, Juno and other developers of CosmWasm will now have the ability to benefit from the amazing features that come with SubQuery such as the same fast, flexible, and open indexing solution others use across the Polkadot and Avalanche ecosystems.
These indexing solutions also include the open-source SDK, tools, documentation, developer support, eligibility to partake in SubQuery’s Grants Programme, and other feature benefits developers receive from the SubQuery ecosystem.
SubQuery Expands To Juno
“SubQuery is a fundamental piece of Web3 infrastructure and we are delighted to support the explosive growth occurring in Cosmos and its native layers. We can’t wait to see how teams in the Juno ecosystem leverage SubQuery’s leading-edge indexing technology to build fast and feature-rich dApps.” Said Sam Zou, the Founder, and CEO of SubQuery.
Juno integration is now accommodated by SubQuery’s managed service, which provides enterprise-level infrastructure hosting and handles requests of over 400 million each day.
“We were elated to learn that SubQuery was expanding their invaluable data indexing services over to Juno. Our shared mission is to provide new teams with an environment to scale without hindrance and we know that SubQuery saves developers time and effort, allowing them to accelerate even faster,” said Jake Hartnell, core Juno contributor and the founder of another up-and-coming Cosmos chain, Stargaze.
SubQuery Open Indexing Tools
SubQuery provides decentralized data indexing infrastructure to developers building applications on multiple layer-1 blockchains. And as an open data indexer that is fast and flexible, the open indexing tool helps developers build APIs within hours and quickly index chains with the assistance of dictionaries (pre-computed indices).
SubQuery’s tools, which are engineered for multi-chain applications, give developers the ability to be able to organize, store, and use on-chain data for their protocols and applications. The tools also eliminate the need for processing custom data servers, helping developers focus on product development and user experience.
SubQuery Establishment
SubQuery has already established a strong reputation for itself as a data indexing solution on the Polkadot network, serving hundreds of millions of queries daily for projects such as Moonbeam and Acala. With this strong establishment, SubQuery has urged to develop a priority list of six other Layer-1 blockchains that it’s aiming to serve in 2022.
The addition of the Cosmos ecosystem alongside networks like Polkadot and Avalanche that are also designed with a multi-chain outlook aligns with SubQuery’s focus. While SubQuery’s Cosmos implementation begins with Juno, the product’s goal is to still work with any CosmWasm-based chain, including Cronos, OKExChain, Osmosis, Secret Network, Stargaze, and Injective.
About SubQuery
SubQuery is a blockchain developer toolkit facilitating the construction of Web3 applications of the future. A SubQuery project is a complete API to organize and query data from Layer-1 chains. Currently servicing Polkadot, Substrate, Avalanche, Terra, and Cosmos (starting with Juno) projects, this data-as-a-service allows developers to focus on their core use case and front-end without wasting time building a custom backend for data processing activities.
In the future, the SubQuery Network intends to replicate this scalable and reliable solution in a completely decentralized manner.
About Juno
Juno is a public, decentralized and permissionless layer 1 for cross-chain smart contracts. With its powerful hub employing a standardized communication protocol, its goal is to be the internet of blockchains, benchmarking inter-chain security for network participants.
Built on Cosmos, Juno facilitates blockchain interoperability in an ever-growing multi-chain environment.
Conclusion
Within a few months from now, Juno applications will be able to decentralize their SubQuery infrastructure completely with the SubQuery Network. The SubQuery Network designed to support any SubQuery project from any layer-1 network, including Juno and Cosmos, will index and serve project data to the community in an incentivized and verifiable manner. Developers can leverage the scale of the unified SubQuery Network from launch.
