Dubai-based popular Web3 infrastructure platform Biconomy has recently announced a unique project. As per the company, it is introducing Delegated Authorization Network which is an innovative solution permitting the on-chain operations’ secure delegation to artificial intelligence agents. In this way, DAN lets AI agents authorize and optimize transfers on the users’ behalf.
Biconomy Introduces DAN to Solve the Web3-Based Challenges with AI
The new project hence bridges the gap between Web3 and AI adoption while ensuring self-custody. The project deals with a couple of crucial challenges within the Web3 sector. One of them is that the AI agents lack true autonomy. In addition to this, there are some concerns linked to granting full control over keys to artificial intelligence.
DAN provides programmable authorization by utilizing user-defined permission as well as EigenLayer AVS for strong security. With these factors, the project guarantees the safe delegation of the tasks on the chain to AI. Aniket Jindal, Biconomy’s co-founder, also commented on this development. As per him, the project denotes a vital move forward in the Web3 evolution.
He added that Biconomy DAN aligns with the approach of the industry toward improved accessibility and decentralization. The project streamlines blockchain experiences along with promoting a broad-level adoption. Additionally, it pays great attention to catalyzing an exclusive epoch of innovation. In such an era, AI agents safely navigate the complications of the activities on the chain.
Moreover, they unlock a long list of opportunities related to the transformative AI-driven use cases within the crypto world. Biconomy DAN works by offering authorized projects access to the ‘Delegated Auth’ keys of the consumers. These keys are stockpiled on an EigenLayer Actively Validated Service, guaranteeing true independence without any security-related compromise.
The Platform Partners with Silence Labs to Launch and Further Develop DAN
The projects can integrate the project into AI agents by utilizing the key storage. Along with that, they also require programming the user-defined permissions concerning those keys. They can do this by leveraging the DAN SDK. To launch and further improve DAN, Biconomy has initiated a partnership with Silence Labs. Using DAN offers several benefits such as improved on-chain experiences via AI-driven agents. It also maintains control over transfers and assets.
