Cronos zkEVM blockchain has recently announced an exclusive project. As per the platform, it is unveiling the Pioneer Program which permits early consumers to get points in return for their operations on Cronos zkEVM as well as interaction with dapps. The latest initiative focuses on providing benefits to the community of Cronos. It also intends to incentivize the early supporters based on their participation in mainnet and testnet.
Cronos zkEVM Introduces Pioneer Program to Provide Benefits to Primary Supporters
The rollout of the Pioneer Program comes before Cronos zkEVM’s mainnet launch. The platform has scheduled the respective launch for the 3rd quarter of this year. The project will reportedly unveil phases during the upcoming weeks. As per the reports, it takes into account diverse social and community-related quests. They offer consumers a chance to generate loyalty points while they familiarize themselves with Cronos zkEVM-based services and features.
Following that, the consumers will have permission to claim points when utilizing the decentralized applications in the ecosystem. Additionally, participation in the dApps will reportedly provide more token yields along with other advantages to individuals holding points. The consumers will get these extra yields in CRO (the native token of Cronos zkEVM) and native dapp coins.
As a result of this, the platform will allow the customers to generate 3 yield layers for crypto assets like CRO. The initial layer takes into account the staking yield. The platform natively provides this yield on holding zkCRO and other liquid-staked tokens. The 2nd layer includes the DeFi yield. Diverse DeFi protocols within the ecosystem reportedly create this yield.
The 3rd layer encompasses additional yield that results from the dapp participation. Cronos Labs’ Ken Timsit also commented on this development. As per him, the mainnet launch of Cronos zkEVM has been much awaited by the community. He added that the Pioneer Program identifies their priceless endeavors in assisting to improve the testnet.
The Platform Also Conducts a Campaign to Let Users Get Points until the Mainnet Release
To commence the Pioneer Program, the platform is starting the Cronos zkEVM Passage campaign. The company is conducting this in collaboration with Veno Finance. This will kick-off on the 4th of July and will go on till the mainnet release. Consumers can collect points by staking and locking CRO tokens into some bridge contracts that Veno powers on Ethereum.
