Bybit, the globally known 2nd-largest crypto exchange in terms of trading volume, has launched Bybit AI, a unique conversational assistant to streamline trading and other financial operations. With this exclusive initiative, Bybit users can manage accounts, trading, and much more via a single interface. As Bybit mentioned in its official press release, the latest tool is part of the firm’s wider strategy to develop an AI-native financial network. With this, Bybit permits clients to mention their requirements in simple language instead of navigating diverse menus, webpages, and dashboards.
Bybit AI Streamlines Use of Financial Services and Products with Single Interface
Bybit AI’s launch allows consumers to efficiently execute their relevant actions while using the Bybit app. So, the platform attempts to develop a relatively straightforward experience with the inclusion of different financial services within one conversation. Consumers can utilize the new tool to carry out tasks starting from checking their portfolio statistics and account management to accessing diverse trading-related functions, as well as requesting assistance.
As a result, rather than switching between diverse exchange sections, clients can communicate what they need via the conversational interface. While reflecting on this launch, the Bybit CEO, Ben Zhou, said, “The idea is simple: you tell Bybit AI what you want to do, and it helps you find the right products and services to get it done, like having a team of financial experts right in your pocket.” Particularly, Ben Zhou is officially introducing Bybit AI along with demonstrating the next-gen co-pilot during a livestream on the 9th of September.
Connecting Trading, Customer Support, and Earn Services with Unified Experience
Additionally, Bybit’s CTO, Rockman Zhang, asserted, “The goal is to make it easier for users to find what they need and take action in one place, with a simple interface that brings the right products and services together.” Therefore, the development is set to assist users in leveraging broad-ranging financial services and products in one place. During the initial rollout of Bybit AI, it will cover a wide range of services that the exchange provides.
This takes into account Spot, Bybit Earn, Options Trading, Spot X, Bybit Card, P2P, Loans, Copy Trading, and Trading Bot. Simultaneously, clients can also leverage the Rewards Hub in addition to managing subscriptions and notifications via the assistant. Overall, the integration is merging human support with automated assistance when consumers require extra help, making it easier for them to discover and utilize Bybit’s products.
