The world of sports has continued to grow at an exponential rate, and as such, athletes are continuously seeking new ways to improve their performance and gain a competitive edge. Oracle Red Bull Racing has launched an innovative athlete development programme in collaboration with Bybit, aiming to provide esports athletes with an unparalleled opportunity to enhance and improve their performance continually. Known as the Bybit Performance Accelerator, this programme is a game-changer in the esports world.

It combines education, physiology, and mental well-being to help participants learn, listen, care, and improve. The Accelerator offers participants a training regimen delivered by leading industry and wellness experts across various specialisms, with a strong focus on the drivers’ physical and mental well-being as they strive to take their performance and endurance to the next level. The programme’s success is evident in the tailored 1:1 sessions and group training provided to Oracle Red Bull Racing Esports’ drivers, leading to significant improvements in their performance.

With the help of the programme, drivers have already seen improvements in their performances, and the team has already achieved multiple race wins in the 2022 F1 Esports Series and secured a second-place finish in the Teams’ Championship. The Bybit Performance Accelerator has proved to be the first of its kind, setting new standards in sports training by offering an all-encompassing approach that empowers sports athletes to improve and grow continually.

Solidifying Bybit’s Status as a Leading Player in the Field

After entering into a multi-year deal in 2022 as Principal Team Partner for Oracle Red Bull Racing, the renowned cryptocurrency exchange Bybit has achieved another big milestone with the launch of the Accelerator programme. With over 10 million users worldwide, Bybit has experienced exponential growth since its establishment in 2018, and its involvement in the team’s affairs is being acknowledged at this partnership level. Notably, this is the first time such a level of partnership has been created with Oracle Red Bull Racing, further solidifying Bybit’s status as a leading player in the field.

Team Principal and CEO of Oracle Red Bull Racing Christian Horner said: “We are very proud of how quickly our Esports team has established itself as one of the most successful teams on the track, winning hundreds of races and multiple titles since the Team’s inception in 2018. We recognize that mental health is critical to complement the physical training for all athletes.”

Christian Horner further added: “When it comes to sim racing, the stresses and challenges at the elite level are unique. That’s why, together with Bybit, we have created this programme to address exactly that. By supporting our Esports drivers’ mental well-being as well as their physical health, we feel we are equipping them with the tools required for continued success at the highest level.”

Driving Innovation and Setting New Standards

This latest partnership between Bybit and Oracle Red Bull Racing has brought about a revolutionary athlete development programme – the Bybit Performance Accelerator. This programme is the first of its kind, providing sports athletes with tailored training regimens delivered by industry and wellness experts to enhance their performance and endurance continually. Bybit’s involvement with the Oracle Red Bull Racing team further solidifies its position as a leading cryptocurrency exchange. The partnership level created with the team is the first of its kind, demonstrating the significance of Bybit’s involvement in the world of Formula One.

Ben Zhou, Co-founder and CEO of Bybit, said: “We understand the stress and strain extreme pressure situations place on the body and the mind, so we are very proud to be part of this ground-breaking programme. Whether it’s evaluating split-second market moves or hurtling high-performance machines through corners at over 300 kmph, peak performance demands superhuman mental and physical endurance – time after time. That’s why we will continue to support every effort to improve the continued education, resilience, and well-being of top athletes and professionals as they continue to push themselves and boundaries.”

Founded in 2018, Bybit is a well-known cryptocurrency exchange that provides traders with a professional platform offering an ultra-fast matching engine, multilingual community support, and outstanding customer service. Bybit is also recognized as a proud partner of the reigning Constructors’ and Drivers’ champions in Formula One, namely the Oracle Red Bull Racing team, and its Esports team. Overall, this latest partnership is driving innovation and setting new standards in sports training, empowering athletes to improve continually.
