Emurgo Ventures announced a cooperation with Partisia blockchain, which would allow Cardano dApp developers to improve on-chain privacy
Blockchain Partnership For Cardano dAppps
With the announcement of a new relationship with Partisia, an open-source layer 1 blockchain network that prioritizes privacy, scalability, and trust, the Emurgo Ventures team is extending its reach even farther. The agreement will allow for the flow of resources in order to improve Cardano’s decentralized privacy tools on the blockchain, which will be the ultimate goal.
According to the release, Partisia’s development team will create custom smart contracts for Cardano (ADA) developers to employ when appropriate for their dApp’s use case. The dApps will continue to use Cardano ADA or Cardano-based currencies, according to the statement. Cardano devs and their dApp users will benefit from this optionality since it allows them with more secure privacy. Partisia expects to provide the first full version of its smart contract programming language, which is meant to do privacy-preserving ZK and MPC calculations, by the middle of this year, according to its plan.
Additionally, executives from Partisia said that Web3 developers would be able to begin building their own programming language as early as the summer of 2022. The introduction of privacy-preserving zero-knowledge protocols and multi-party computing tools will fundamentally alter the narrative around the security and privacy of blockchain transactions. Partisia recently formed a partnership with the popular on-chain MMORPG Sidus Heroes in order to boost the Metaverse‘s advanced confidentiality and computational power capabilities.
