Naoris Protocol, which built the blockchain-powered Decentralized Cybersecurity Mesh, which focuses on improving cyber security in all sectors, will collaborate with Dapp Play Store, a multi-coin wallet that lets users search, play, and install blockchain apps.
How the Partnership Will Work
The partnership will see the Dapp Play Store distribution platform integrated with the Decentralized CyberSecurity Mesh from Marois Protocol. The result will be improved cyber security and assurance for all devices and networks used by the Dapp Play Store.
The Dapp Play Store was designed as a next-generation blockchain app store and content management system. It can house DApps built on all networks via its digital distribution platform that relies on decentralized infrastructure to store software and scalability. The platform uses one wallet to connect to all DApps on any network. Developers are given an API that lets them integrate their DApp into the platform’s wallet. The result is an easy and seamless user experience without switching between mainnets. The goal of the DApp Play Store is to go mainstream, which is why the project eliminated the 12-word seed phrase, making the transition smooth.
Naoris Protocol is creating the Decentralized Cybersecurity Mesh, which connects all devices, and lets them fend off cyber-attacks. To achieve this, the mesh uses disruptive Swarm AI and blockchain technology.
To achieve its goal, Naoris Protocol converts untrusted network devices into a swarm of validator nodes, which makes the network stronger as it grows. Â A real-time tokenized economic model that identifies risks via a consensus model powers the entire protocol. Devices that engage in trusted behavior are rewarded in CYBER coins, resulting in a secure environment. It is a complementary model, which means traditional cyber tools can operate without competition.
Integrating the Decentralized CyberSecurity Mesh with the Dapp Play Store platform will introduce a new security layer to DPS. It will ensure that Dapps built on different chains can coexist. Naoris Protocols will offer security to the entire DPS ecosystem and seek to offer this security solution to DPS clients and partners in the future. It offers decentralized device security solutions that are missing from Web2 but present in Web3 by default. They include:
- DOS/DDOS
- Account Hijacking risks at the node, user, and exchange levels
- API tampering risks
- Data corruption or tampering with oracles
- Internal threats in exchanges, oracles, protocols, bridges
- Update poisoning
- Advanced Persistent Threat risks
- Sniffing attacks, Keylogging attacks against wallets and servers of any kind
- Evil maid attack through hardware or firmware tampering
- Identity and Access Management vulnerabilities on nodes, users, oracles, bridges, servers
- Malicious browser extensions
- Service provider attacks on oracles, nodes, users
What the Leaders Had to Say
Joel King, the DPS CEO, was overwhelmed with their partnership with Naoris Protocol. King stated that this opportunity would give DApps within their ecosystem an extra layer of protection.Â
The CEO and Founder of Naoris Protocol, Davi Carvalho, also chimed in. He said that they were excited to collaborate with Dapp Play Store. According to him, it would enable safe and secure operations.
