Terra Discloses August 9 as the Official General Bar Date Concerning Bankruptcy Claims
In its latest X post, the firm discussed claims confronting Terraform Labs Pte Ltd that emerged before January 21. In the case of Terraform Labs Limited the platform pointed toward July 1 as the date before which the claims are acceptable. The respective claims require their submission in line with the General Bar Date.
On the other hand, the failure in this respect may pave the way for the exclusion of the claim from its bankruptcy proceedings. Nonetheless, it also discussed the scenario where someone believes having a Crypto Claim that is excluded. It added that the General Bar Date has no application in that scenario. This would reportedly require the establishment of a distinct bar date for such claims.
The Platform Advises Claimants to Comprehend the Needed Information and Take Adequate Steps for Claims
In addition to this, the platform will also notify the claimants about it accordingly. It also noted that a critical thing is the review of the information regarding the claims procedure. Moreover, the claimants also require taking adequate action to guarantee the proper submission of their claims.
