Quick Answer: The Emerging Altcoins Radar is a weekly, sourced snapshot of what changed among smaller cryptocurrencies: new exchange listings, large moves outside the top 100, launches, token unlocks and red flags. In the week of October 23 to 29, Infinity Ground (AIN) led CoinMarketCap’s seven-day gainers in our screen, while Ritual (RITUAL), whose mainnet went live on October 26, trades about 60% below its first Coinbase price. Binance has scheduled a Predict (PREDICT) listing with a Seed Tag for October 30, Initia had not announced a restart date for its halted chain in any official source we found, and Kite (KITE) and Allora (ALLO) face unlocks equal to about 43% and 87% of their circulating supply by November 10.
How This Radar Works
- Sources. Official exchange notices and public market data from Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Upbit, Bithumb and OKX; official project sites and code repositories; CoinMarketCap market and unlock data. News outlets are used to find primary sources; where an item rests on a news report, it says so.
- Movers filter. Tokens ranked outside CoinMarketCap’s top 100 (market cap between $20 million and about $350 million on October 29) with at least $3 million in 24-hour trading volume. That left 323 tokens before we removed stablecoins, wrapped tokens and tokenized stocks.
- Unlock filter. Scheduled releases from October 29 to November 13 worth at least $2.5 million and at least 2% of circulating supply.
- Excluded. Presales, ICOs, tokens not trading on a recognized exchange, and sponsored content. Nothing here is paid for.
- Labels. Every item carries a short Verified / Unproven / Risk line. “Verified” means we read it on a primary source; “Verified (as quoted)” means two news outlets quoted the same official text, which we could not open ourselves.
- Not a recommendation. Appearing on this page is not an endorsement. We do not forecast prices here; our price prediction pages are separate. For a checklist on vetting claims yourself, see our guide on how to verify crypto news and rumors.
New Exchange Listings This Week
Binance opened no new crypto token for spot trading between October 23 and 29. Its listing notices that week covered tokenized stocks (bStocks) and futures products. On October 29 it announced that Predict (PREDICT) spot trading opens on October 30 at 10:00 UTC. The OKX listings page we could access showed no new spot listing; its latest notice, on October 23, covered a token migration.
| Date (UTC) | Exchange | Token | Market | How we checked |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Oct 23 | Kraken | Spice (SFI) | Spot | Kraken listing post |
| Oct 24 (Korea time) | Bithumb | Axis Robotics (AXIS) | KRW | Bithumb price data |
| Oct 26 | Coinbase | Ritual (RITUAL) | RITUAL-USD | Coinbase Exchange price data |
| Oct 27 | Coinbase | Stable (STABLE) | STABLE-USD | Coinbase Exchange price data |
| Oct 27 | Upbit | Nillion (NIL) | KRW | Upbit price data (first trade 16:40 KST) |
| Oct 30, 10:00 (scheduled) | Binance | Predict (PREDICT) | USDT, USDC, TRY | Binance listing notice |
Ritual (RITUAL). A Layer 1 blockchain that describes itself as “purpose-built for autonomous AI agents”. Coinbase’s RITUAL-USD book shows its first trading day on October 26, the same day Ritual’s foundation announced its mainnet (see Mainnets). It opened at $0.06, touched $0.09 and traded near $0.024 on the evening of October 29.
Verified: Coinbase market data and the mainnet post. Unproven: any lasting demand. Risk: 18% of the initial supply circulates, so fully diluted value is about 5.6 times market cap.
Predict (PREDICT) on Binance. Binance says PREDICT/USDT, PREDICT/USDC and PREDICT/TRY open at 10:00 UTC on October 30, on BNB Smart Chain, with a Seed Tag and a listing fee of 0 BNB. Binance Futures had already opened pre-market perpetual trading in PREDICTUSDT on October 25. Binance’s notice describes Predict as “a prediction market on BNB Chain” and links to the predict.fun website. Deposits open one hour before trading.
Verified: the notice. Unproven: price and demand once spot trading opens. Risk: Binance says Seed Tag tokens are “innovative projects that may exhibit higher volatility and risks compared to other listed tokens.”
Axis Robotics (AXIS) on Bithumb. Bithumb’s KRW market for AXIS shows its first trading day on October 24 (Korea time), three days after its Upbit and Coinbase debuts. By October 29 its price on Bithumb was about 56% below the first open, and daily won turnover had fallen about 91% from its October 25 peak.
Verified: Bithumb price data. Risk: AXIS reported 24-hour volume about six times its market cap (see Movers).
Nillion (NIL). Upbit opened a KRW market on October 27 at 16:40 Korea time, Ethereum network only, according to Upbit’s notice as reported by Blockmedia. The first day closed 22.6% below its opening price.
Verified: listing time and price data. Risk: first-day volatility.
Spice (SFI) on Kraken and Stable (STABLE) on Coinbase. Kraken says SFI, the native token of Saffron, went live on October 23. Coinbase’s STABLE-USD book shows its first trading day on October 27. STABLE ranks inside CoinMarketCap’s top 100 (No. 89) and appears here only as a listing.
Verified: Kraken post and Coinbase market data. Risk: regional restrictions may apply.
Listings change access, not fundamentals. Our best crypto exchanges guide compares Binance, Coinbase, Kraken and other major venues.
Movers Outside the Top 100
Seven-day changes to 19:47 UTC on October 29, from CoinMarketCap. The table shows the four largest gainers and the three largest decliners that passed our filter, plus Initia, sixth among gainers, because of its chain halt. The last column compares 24-hour volume with market cap. A high ratio shows real trading behind a move; an extreme one can signal unreliable volume.
| Token | Rank | 7-Day Change | Market Cap | 24h Volume | Volume / Market Cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Infinity Ground (AIN) | 380 | +285.2% | $48.3M | $13.4M | 0.3x |
| EVAA Protocol (EVAA) | 678 | +121.3% | $20.2M | $27.3M | 1.4x |
| Capricorn (APR) | 636 | +114.9% | $22.5M | $18.5M | 0.8x |
| Particle Network (PARTI) | 422 | +85.3% | $41.6M | $157.8M | 3.8x |
| Initia (INIT) | 389 | +67.4% | $46.3M | $72.6M | 1.6x |
| Quack AI (Q) | 233 | -69.8% | $171.5M | $149.2M | 0.9x |
| Ritual (RITUAL) | 411 | -60.2% (see note) | $43.2M | $5.5M | 0.1x |
| Axis Robotics (AXIS) | 613 | -49.5% | $24.3M | $148.7M | 6.1x |
AIN. Infinity Ground pitches tools for “vibe coders” on BNB Smart Chain. Its weekly gain held, but 24-hour volume fell to $13.4 million from about $102 million on October 28. It remains about 26% below its July 2025 high. We found no exchange listing or official announcement tied to the move.
Verified: price and volume data. Unproven: any catalyst. Risk: 32% of supply circulates; an unlock of about 5.6% of circulating supply is due November 5.
EVAA. A Telegram-integrated lending protocol on TON and BNB Smart Chain. It gave back 22.7% in the last 24 hours and sits about 92% below its October 2025 high.
Verified: price data. Unproven: a catalyst. Risk: 36% of supply circulates.
APR. Capricorn more than doubled in seven days after falling 57% over 30 days. We found no official notice explaining the move.
Verified: CoinMarketCap figures. Unproven: a catalyst.
PARTI. Particle Network, a Layer 1 focused on chain abstraction, rose 85% in a week, including a 56% jump in the last 24 hours. Most of its volume runs through Binance’s USDT and TRY pairs. It is up about 196% from its September 16 low and still about 86% below its March 2025 high.
Verified: price, volume and market pair data. Unproven: a catalyst. Risk: CoinMarketCap counts 680 million tokens in circulation, while the project’s self-reported figure is 429 million.
INIT. Initia rose 67% in a week in which its chain stayed halted (see Red Flags). When deposits and withdrawals are suspended, exchange prices can drift because traders cannot move tokens between venues.
Verified: price data. Verified (as quoted): the halt notice. Risk: Initia had not announced a restart date in any official source we found as of October 29.
RITUAL. CoinMarketCap added Ritual on October 24 and shows identical 7-day and 30-day changes. The reference price they imply, about $0.060, matches Coinbase’s first open on October 26, so the figure measures the fall from the first trade rather than a week of trading. From its $0.09 high, the decline is about 73%.
Verified: CoinMarketCap and Coinbase prices. Risk: about 82% of the initial supply is not yet circulating.
Q, AXIS and others. Quack AI fell 69.8% in seven days, including a 47.5% drop in the last 24 hours, with an unlock due November 2. AXIS, last week’s top gainer, now trades about 55% below its first Coinbase price and about 61% below its October 24 high. Alaya Governance Token (AGT) fell 47.4% ahead of its November 1 unlock. Concrete (CT) again reported 24-hour volume about 38 times its market cap, which is unusual.
Verified: CoinMarketCap and exchange figures. Unproven: causes. Risk: treat volume figures for CT and AXIS with caution.
Mainnets, Testnets and Betas
Ritual mainnet. Ritual Foundation’s post “Ritual Mainnet is Live” is dated October 26. Its tokenomics page says 1.8 billion RITUAL, 18% of the initial 10 billion supply, unlocked at launch, with contributor, investor and treasury allocations locked for a year.
Verified: the mainnet post and token supply terms. Unproven: network usage. Risk: ecosystem tokens unlock monthly over four years from launch, and the locked half of the foundation’s share unlocks over four years.
Miden partner mainnet. Miden’s site says its “partner mainnet is live, with real assets and invitation-only access” through the Bread wallet. See the official announcement.
Verified: the network is live for partners. Unproven: the October 26 launch date and a public mainnet “within months”, both from reports. Risk: invite-only access, and Miden says the partner network is temporary: users will need to withdraw funds before it resets for public mainnet.
BNB Smart Chain “Jenner” testnet hard fork. The official v1.8.1 release scheduled the Jenner fork on the Chapel testnet for October 29 at 02:30 UTC. We found no official post confirming activation by 19:50 UTC on October 29.
Verified: the scheduled time. Unproven: confirmation that the fork activated, and any mainnet date. The release says none is scheduled.
Cardano Dijkstra testnet. Intersect reported that a refreshed Dijkstra public testnet opened on October 21.
Verified: testnet opening. Unproven: a mainnet fork date; reports point to a window between December 2026 and March 2027.
LayerZero “Zero” mainnet. Several outlets report a November 30 launch for Zero and its ATLAS exchange engine. LayerZero’s own blog, as we read it, describes ATLAS but gives no date.
Verified: the product description. Unproven: November 30.
Going the other way: Blast. Blast’s site still reads “Blast is winding down” and asks users to bridge assets back to Ethereum, with withdrawals taking about a day. Coinbase set an October 26 cutoff for moving BLAST off its platform and marked the shutdown complete on October 27.
Verified: wind-down and Coinbase cutoff. Risk: users must withdraw through the bridge.
Token Unlocks Through November 13
From CoinMarketCap’s token unlock tracker, October 29 to November 13. Share of circulating supply is our calculation (unlock value divided by market cap). Values use prices at about 19:50 UTC on October 29.
| Date (UTC) | Token | Tokens Unlocking | Value | Share of Circulating Supply |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nov 1 | Kite (KITE) | 1.11 billion | $124.7M | 43.2% |
| Nov 1 | Falcon Finance (FF) | 203.1 million | $19.1M | 6.1% |
| Nov 1 | Capybobo (PYBOBO) | 6.61 billion | $2.9M | 16.1% |
| Nov 1 | Swarm Network (TRUTH) | 157.8 million | $3.2M | 7.6% |
| Nov 1 | Magma Finance (MAGMA) | 10.9 million | $3.1M | 3.5% |
| Nov 1 | Alaya Governance Token (AGT) | 90.4 million | $3.2M | 2.8% |
| Nov 2 | Quack AI (Q) | 190.3 million | $6.9M | 4.0% |
| Nov 2 | DoubleZero (2Z) | 135.7 million | $3.7M | 3.9% |
| Nov 5 | Infinity Ground (AIN) | 17.7 million | $2.7M | 5.6% |
| Nov 6 | UnifAI Network (UAI) | 22.7 million | $6.1M | 9.5% |
| Nov 7 | Jito (JTO) | 11.3 million | $4.6M | 2.1% |
| Nov 10 | Allora (ALLO) | 173.9 million | $31.7M | 86.7% |
| Nov 10 | Janction (JCT) | 1.29 billion | $7.2M | 12.4% |
| Nov 12 | Unibase (UB) | 312.5 million | $34.6M | 12.5% |
Verified: the tracker’s dates and amounts. Unproven: whether recipients sell; projects can also revise schedules. Risk: ALLO, KITE, PYBOBO, UB and JCT add supply equal to a large share of what trades today. We left out Bitway (BTW) and Rain (RAIN), listed at about $148 million and $161 million, because the tracker’s market caps for them did not match CoinMarketCap’s rankings, tokens such as Omni Network (OMNI) for which the tracker shows no market cap, and Cycle Network (CYC), whose only centralized exchange spot market on CoinMarketCap showed no volume (it trades mainly on PancakeSwap and Binance Alpha).
Red Flags
Initia chain halt. Initia’s official account said that as of October 23 at 15:41:30 UTC, “the Initia L1 and Rollups have been halted due to a security incident.” According to Bitcoin.com News, co-founder Ezaan Mangalji said a “Day 0 bug” in Initia’s MoveVM let an attacker mint tokens and bridge out an estimated $2.7 million in AUSD, ETH and USDC before the halt, and that native INIT was not affected. The same report quotes Agora, which issues AUSD, as saying “AUSD does not exist on Initia.” Initia had not announced a restart date in any official source we found as of October 29.
Verified (as quoted): the halt, in Initia’s official post as quoted by Bitcoin.com News and Blockmedia. Unproven: the final loss figure, which Agora disputes in part, and a restart date. Risk: INIT carries warning flags on both Upbit and Bithumb.
Exchange warning flags. Bithumb’s public market data flags 22 KRW markets with a “CAUTION” warning, including INIT, SOPH, MANTRA, EGLD, FET, BLUR and ZIL. The part of Upbit’s market data we could read shows warning flags on INIT, SOPH, MANTRA, EGLD and DNT markets. INIT, SOPH, MANTRA and EGLD are flagged on both.
Verified: current flags. Unproven: when each flag was set. Risk: Korean exchanges review tokens under a warning designation and can end trading support if the concerns are not resolved.
Delistings. Binance delisted EPIC and QUICK from spot trading on October 28 at 03:00 UTC; withdrawals stay open until December 28. Binance also scheduled the removal of 12 BTC-quoted spot pairs for October 30 at 03:00 UTC, including PENDLE/BTC and TAO/BTC, citing factors such as “poor liquidity and trading volume”. The tokens stay listed against other assets. Binance Alpha removed seven tokens on October 23, and Binance Futures delisted PTB and MITO perpetuals. Kraken ended trading in 13 assets on October 23, including UXLINK, IDEX and FIS, with withdrawals open until January 29, 2027. Coinbase says it will convert Aerodrome (AERO) and Velodrome (VELO) into a new Aero (AERO) token and disable VELO trading on November 2.
Verified: all from exchange notices. Risk: liquidity usually thins after delisting.
No new Binance Monitoring Tags. We found no Monitoring Tag announcement among Binance’s news items for October 21 to 28. The only new tag was the Seed Tag on PREDICT.
Verified: Binance’s news and listing pages for the week.
Narrative Check
Attention this week went to new listings and launches more than to themes. The data:
- AI agents cooled again. The 20 largest tokens in CoinMarketCap’s AI Agents category lost a combined 6.6% of market value over seven days; 16 of 20 fell. Bitcoin fell 0.6% and Ether 2.0%, with Bitcoin at about $80,760 on CoinMarketCap at 19:47 UTC on October 29. AI-named small caps moved both ways: Infinity Ground (+285%) and AriaAI (+50%) rose, while Quack AI (-70%), Ritual (-60%) and Phala Network (-26%) fell.
- Privacy outperformed, led by one coin. Zcash, Monero and Dash gained a combined 5.3%, nearly all of it from Zcash (+9.1%), now No. 10 on CoinMarketCap. Monero slipped 1.2%. Our altcoin ETF tracker covers the US funds now tied to coins such as Zcash.
- Listing spikes faded fast. RITUAL trades about 60% below its first Coinbase price. AXIS is down about 55% from its first Coinbase price and about 56% from its first Bithumb price.
- Tokenized stocks kept expanding on Binance. It added five more bStocks pairs on October 28, after additions on October 14 and 21, and Binance Futures announced more TradFi perpetual contracts on October 26 and 29. These are not new spot altcoin listings.
- Noise example. MemeCore, a top-40 coin, rose 18.6% on about $2.2 million of daily volume, roughly 0.1% of its $2.3 billion market cap. Large moves on small volume say little about demand.
For slower-moving signals, our adoption coverage tracks real-world use.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Emerging Altcoins Radar and how often is it updated?
It is a weekly snapshot of smaller cryptocurrencies, published on one page and refreshed every week, with past issues summarized in the archive. Each issue covers new exchange listings, large price moves outside the top 100, network launches, upcoming token unlocks and red flags such as delistings or exploits. Every item is sourced and labeled as verified, unproven or risky.
How are tokens selected for the radar?
Listings, movers and unlocks cover tokens that trade on a recognized exchange. Movers must also rank outside CoinMarketCap’s top 100, with a market cap of at least $20 million and $3 million in daily volume. Unlocks must be worth at least $2.5 million and 2% of circulating supply. Listings and red flags can include larger coins. Presales, ICOs and sponsored projects are excluded, and inclusion is not a recommendation.
How can you separate signal from noise during an altcoin season?
Check whether a price move had real trading volume behind it, and whether volume looks plausible against market cap. Look for a primary source, such as an exchange notice or project blog, rather than social posts. Compare circulating supply with total supply, because a small float can exaggerate moves. Finally, check for upcoming unlocks and exchange warnings before drawing conclusions.
How do you check a new token before trusting news about it?
Start with the contract address on the project’s official site and match it on a block explorer and on CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko. Confirm any listing on the exchange’s own announcement page. Review the token’s supply schedule for large unlocks. Search for delisting notices or exchange warning labels. If a claim appears only on social media or paid press releases, treat it as unproven.
Where can you follow testnet and beta launches?
The most reliable sources are the projects themselves: official blogs, documentation, governance forums and code release pages, which often list exact activation times. Network status pages and block explorers confirm whether a chain is running. News outlets help you find announcements, but dates in secondary reports can be wrong, so confirm them against the project’s own release notes.
